NLP(Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
NLP was created in the mid-1970s by Dr. Richard Bandler, a mathematician, and John Grinder, a linguist. It started as a research project studying the way human beings store and process thoughts to better understand how we communicate with others. Through their studies, they developed a process called "modeling" which is how most NLP research was conducted. They studied and modeled some of the greatest geniuses of their time including Dr. Milton Erickson, profound Hypnotherapist, Virginia Satir, world-renowned family therapist and Fritz Pearls, founder of Gestalt Therapy.
NLP allows an individual to change, adopt, or eliminate behaviors (as desired), and to choose mental, emotional, and physical states of well-being. With NLP, one learns how to grow from every single life experience; this increases one's ability to achieve and sustain a better quality of life, both personally and professionally. NLP is directly applicable to a diverse spectrum of fields such as communications, business, sales, education, and therapy.
I traveled to Phoenix, AZ for an intense 18-day NLP Practitioner/Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner & Hypnosis Training offered by Empowerment Quest International. I earned my license in NLP and Hypnosis. Through both services, I have helped clients remove unconscious blocks that can sabotage creativity with doubts, fears, and feelings of being stuck! Fortunately, real and lasting changes are possible with NLP and Hypnotic Conditioning; through their use, you can lead a happy, productive, and fulfilling creative life.
