I am a Life Coach who earned my certification from Fowler Wainwright International Institute of Professional Coaching (FWIIPC). It is so gratifying to help clients achieve a higher level of success in business and life. Together, we identify their true desires, articulate new life goals, and form action plans that will make their dreams come true.

I know what it means to have dreams come true. At age 13, I chose the path of serving people. I have done so in a variety of ways over the course of my life. However, when I opened my business at the beginning of 2007, I soon discovered the most exhilarating of all my experiences, helping clients work toward well-being and abundance.

It all started with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), one of my favorite healing modalities because it works quickly to resolve negative emotional issues that can undermine your health. It worked for me and I am making it work now for others. As I completed studies under Gray Craig, EFT’s developer, I also studied Reiki and received my level I and II certification. I also love the work I am doing with The One Command®. I find it to be more powerful than the tools offered by The Secret. During these difficult economic times, I have helped clients eliminate negative money beliefs and blockages. The One Command® will help open your body, mind, and spirit to receive abundance. Growing out of this experience, I began facilitating Commanding Wealth Circles® where people gather to offer group support, employ group energy while using the six steps from The One Command®. I also work with The Emotion Code. Dr. Bradley Nelson spent years studying and illustrating how a potent magnet can release physical pain caused by trapped emotions. I have clients who no longer have back, neck, or shoulder pain after using his procedures.

The One Command®
After reading the book, The One Command, by Asara Lovejoy, I started using her six easy steps to quickly access new and innovative ideas. In pursuit of my continuing goal of becoming the best version of myself, I used these steps to help me clear away negative, limiting beliefs. The process worked so well for me, I wanted to learn more. I traveled to Carlsbad, CA to take a practitioner’s The One Command® class from Kathryn Perry, Asara’s co-founder. Both teach The One Command® and the Commanding Wealth® Seminars to the world. I received my certification in The One Command and I am presently coaching clients one on one along with facilitating The Commanding Wealth Circles®. The results are outstanding.

The Commanding Wealth Circles®
In addition to being excited about how The One Command® has worked for both my clients and me personally, I love facilitating The Commanding Wealth Circles®. I studied under Katie Garnett, Ph.D. in Arizona and received certification as a Commanding Wealth Circle Facilitator. During these difficult economic times, the gatherings are helping people dissolve negative beliefs that are holding them back, and to move forward with making their dreams come true. EFT
EFT is a personal performance tool designed to address a wide range of negative emotions resulting from painful past/present events. When painful events are not addressed and resolved, negative emotions are perpetuated, resulting in anxiety, restlessness, or depression. If left unresolved for a long period of time, the worry frequently manifests as physical sickness. The best news about EFT is that it is very effective at quickly resolving negative emotional issues.

Reiki
Reiki is a technique for stress reduction that promotes healing and allows everyone to tap into an unlimited supply of "life energy." Hospitals and doctors are beginning to include Reiki as part of their overall therapy. It creates many beneficial effects, including relaxation, feelings of peace, security, and well-being. Life Coaching
Life Coaching is a methodology for empowering, mentoring, encouraging, and motivating people to identify, develop, and continue on a path toward self-improvement, balance, and achievement. The coach assists the client in identifying and clarifying their individual goals and desires, enabling them to create a plan and take action to achieve their objectives. Life Coaching helps set measurable goals that lead to sustained results for years to come.
